Winterdances features an evening of world-premiere dance works by guest artist LA-based choreographer Jackie Lopez and UW-Milwaukee dance faculty Daniel Burkholder, Tiffany Kadani, and Dan Schuchart with original music by Milwaukee-based composers.
Presenting a special matinee performance of Winterdances for high school groups and high school students. This show features world premiere dance works, where artists present their newest ideas made with their casts and collaborators.
High School Workshop Day is the best way for high school groups and classes to learn from our internationally known faculty. This event is great for those curious and interested in becoming a dance major at UW-Milwaukee's Peck School of the Arts. High school groups, High School dance programs, and individuals (accompanied by a chaperone) are welcome to register.
