New Dancemakers 2026: Passing Through presents an evening of deeply engaging dances that will reframe and expand your view of dance. Choreographed by eight of the department’s graduating seniors, these works explore topics ranging from addiction and humanity’s relationship with nature to quantum mechanics, marginalization, and the desire for agency and freedom. Come support these emerging dance artists as they bring all the skills and knowledge they acquired as part of UWM Dance for a remarkable evening of dance!
Choreographers include: Mallory Ebbens, Phairra Ahmani Jones, Paloma Kong-Ndoumbe, Jessica MacDonald, Isaac Robertson, Katie Upthagrove, Hadassah Warner and Adelaide Wateski.
