Dinorah Márquez Abadiano, PSOA alumna and founder and director of the Latino Arts Strings Program, shares her personal journey from childhood to becoming an accomplished musician and educator. Influenced by her own experiences with music, Márquez Abadiano established the program to provide music education and instruments to Latinx children in Milwaukee’s south side. With over 20 years of service, Márquez Abadiano celebrates cultural heritage and diversity through music, empowering children to express themselves and pursue their dreams.
