A virtual talk with Harvard University Howard Mumford Jones Professor of American Studies and Distinguished Service Professor of History Lizabeth Cohen as she discusses her new book, Saving America’s Cities: Ed Logue and the Struggle to Renew Urban America in the Suburban Age. Her book just received the Bancroft Prize in American History.

Professor Cohen will be joined by a panel of urban redevelopment practitioners from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Panelists include: Lafayette Crump, Commissioner of the Milwaukee Department of City Development (DCD); Antonio Butts, Executive Director of Walnut Way Conservation Corps; and JoAnne Sabir, Developer of the Sherman Phoenix and Co-Owner of Shindig Coffee.
