Bio
Nikotris (pronounced ni-KÄH-tris),is dedicated to cultivating communities where people are valued, especially those who have been historically excluded and made to participate in systems designed for their harm. She works with youth, adults, associations, coalitions, for- and non-profits, as well as those in leadership positions. These partnerships are centered around transformational shifts that not only help people understand themselves and how they show up collectively in their mission. Nikotris envisions spaces that center anti- racist practices and perspectives resulting in behavior and culture shifts that embrace, value, and engage all identities.
