Spring 2026 Essential Parking & Transit Information

You can now request a Spring 2026 benefit code. You must redeem a benefit code each semester you are enrolled to keep using your bus pass.


All student parking permits are sold out. Students can register for the UPARK Park & Ride at Capitol Humboldt; students who pay segregated fees as part of tuition can register for free.


Employees who need a parking permit can purchase one for the Pavilion/Klotsche Garage, NWQ Garage, or Lots 7 and 20 SARUP/Cunningham.

Charter Rentals

There are several transportation options available to UWM-affiliated departments which have the capacity to seat large groups of passengers.

Coach Bus Rentals

Coach buses can comfortably seat 55 people and are ideal for longer trips. They are operated by Wisconsin Coach Lines, GO Riteway, and Lamers. For information on pricing and availability, please contact one of the following companies.

School Buses

School buses are ideal for medium sized groups of passengers, and are ADA-compliant. UWM has a contract with both GO Riteway and First Student, and interested parties may inquire with either vendor.

Minivan

Transportation Services may provide up to four minivans (dependent on availability) which seat six passengers, including one ADA-compliant vehicle. All minivans must be returned by 5 pm. Rates are as follows:

  • $32 per vehicle, per day
  • $0.32 per mile
  • $14.55 per hour for a driver provided by Transportation Services
    • There is no fee if a department uses their own UWM-authorized driver. To find out if a driver is authorized, or to obtain authorization, please visit Driver Authorization.
