Parking is not guaranteed on days that do not have special events. Check our Occupancy Dashboard to see available public parking on campus.
Red indicates dates and times where there will be very limited availability for public parking.
Yellow indicates dates and times where public parking will be more limited than usual.
Lot 18 Gravel Road Detour
Due to a new stage in the Heat Plant construction project, there will be an alternative parking entrance to Lots 18 and 19 from Wednesday, 8/5, to Monday, 8/31. A temporary gravel road will be created from the motorcycle parking spaces in Lot 18 to the southern third of Lot 18. Please see our project map for details. (Exact location of the road may vary.)
Lots 18 and 19 Heat Plant permit holders who want to avoid driving on the temporary gravel road for any reason will have access to the Pavilion Garage with more instructions listed in the alternative parking arrangements listed below. Transportation Services will activate employees’ PantherCards for use at the entry and exit machines; scan the card against the keypad to open the gate. License plates will also be enabled for entry/exit, but PantherCards are required as backups. If you have any issues entering or exiting the garage, please press the help button on the touchscreen for assistance.
Displaced motorcycle permit holders can park in any motorcycle space across campus. The closest are in Sandburg Garage or Lot 16 Mitchell.
Customers who typically park in Lots 18 and 19 with a 2 PM to 8 AM, 2nd shift, or 3rd shift permit can park in any other surface lot when their permit is valid.
