As the NWQ Stormwater Management Project continues, the Hartford Ave. drive aisle to NWQ Garage remains closed. The garage remains accessible via Newport Ave.
Given traffic flow and congestion concerns, NWQ Garage will only allow permit holders into the garage until 1:30 PM from Monday to Thursdays. This change helps prevent traffic backups and issues of visitors exiting the garage area when parking is unavailable.

Daily/hourly parkers can use Pavilion Garage or Union Garage. UPARK Park & Ride on Capitol & Humboldt is also available; UPARK is free to most students and has shuttles running every 10 minutes during peak times.
While the construction project is not directly related to parking operations, it requires significant portions of the parking lot for construction staging and work on underground infrastructure. Transportation Services continues to work closely with project stakeholders to minimize impacts.
