Technology Support Requests
The following requests are supported by staff within Enrollment Management/Student Affairs Technology or by Campus Technology Support (CTS) via the UWM Help Desk.
EM/SA Divisional Support
Request access for new users, change access for current users, or remove access for former users. to computers, file shares, or web applications.
Campus Technology Support
Request help/support for campus software like Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office (includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other software applications supported by the UWM Help Desk.
Campus Technology Support
Request help/support for your desktop computer, laptop, networked printer, tablet, or other device purchased and supported by the UWM Help Desk.
EM/SA Divisional Support
Inquire about development, upkeep, and assistance for tailored applications and workflows to enhance efficiency and replace paper-based systems and processes.

Request data gathered from various campus data sources used to inform decisions, solutions, and processes.

Request help/support for cash registers and accessories, laundry controllers, SHAW lab equipment/Medicat DUO token/Omni Duress Badge, GET mobile printer, and network connectivity in the Student Union and Housing.
