Here comes the finish line! Graduation is such an exciting time, and we don’t blame you if a few things fall off your radar. If you’re finishing your degree this spring and won’t be returning to UWM next semester, make sure you:
Know your Microsoft 365 desktop applications have a 30-day grace period.
- If you’ve been using the Microsoft suite of products to get your resume in tip-top-shape, make sure you have it backed up! Your Microsoft 365 access lapses 30 days after graduation.
Download and create backups of the work you saved in OneDrive.

Keep an eye out for bad actors.
- Speaking of your dream job, if you suddenly get an email from someone you’ve never met before promising you a job you’ve never heard of, think twice before sending over your resume. Visit our cybersecurity webpage to learn more about Job Scams.
Request your transcripts in PAWS.
- Before you head off to that first interview, make sure you request copies of your UWM transcripts in PAWS!
