Microsoft has added a new feature to Teams called Hands Up. This allows meeting participants to virtually “raise their hand” to get the attention of the other participants.

While in a meeting, select the hand icon (shown above) in your control bar. This will place a gold hand icon on your video feed to let the rest of the attendees know that you’d like to speak.
