Federal Performance Indicators (GPRA 1–5)
GEAR UP grantees report annually to USDOE on five Government Performance and Results Act indicators. TGU targets show projected gains over MPS baselines.
GPRA Outcomes & Targets
Each card shows the federal indicator, the measure TGU reports on, an MPS baseline placeholder, and the projected TGU improvement target. Final baselines will be locked in Year 1 with SREED and reported in the APR each October.
