Federal Performance Indicators (GPRA 1–5)
GEAR UP grantees report annually to USDOE on five Government Performance and Results Act indicators. TGU targets show projected gains over TGU baselines.
GPRA Outcomes & Targets
Each card shows the federal indicator, the measure TGU reports on, an TGU baseline placeholder, and the projected TGU improvement target. Final baselines will be locked in immediately before the TGU cohorts reach the relevant grade.
