TEAM GEAR UP (TGU) — Comprehensive Logic Model
An integrated view of how 18 partner organizations, MPS staff, and postsecondary institutions work together to move TGU students toward five federal GPRA outcomes: passing Algebra I by 9th grade, graduating from high school, completing the FAFSA, enrolling in postsecondary, and persisting to year two.
Core Theory of Change
If TGU coordinates 18 partners to deliver a stacked, GPRA-aligned continuum of tutoring, mentoring, dual enrollment, family engagement, teacher PD, and college-transition supports — guided by six TGU Guiding Principles and continuously informed by SREED evaluation and SCRIBE data — then more MPS students from underrepresented backgrounds will pass Algebra I by 9th grade (GPRA 1), graduate on time (GPRA 2), complete the FAFSA (GPRA 3), enroll at an IHE the fall after HS (GPRA 4), and persist to year two of postsecondary (GPRA 5).
