• Final Application Deadline: January 1, 2027

Requirements

1. Current resume or CV.
2. Personal statement.
3. Three letters of recommendation from people familiar with your academic experience and potential for graduate work in public health.
4. Official transcripts from all college-level institutions attended sent directly to SOPHAS. Read information on how to send your transcripts to SOPHAS.
5. Minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.75
