Winter Wake Up Yoga pop-up is Jan. 29

Students are invited to Winter Wake Up Yoga on Thursday, Jan. 29, from 9 – 9:45 am., in Northwest Quad, Building D, Room 3835-3845.

Led by FitWell’s yoga instructor Colleen Kehoe, the all-level, 45-minute session will include a series of sun salutations, strengthening poses and energizing breathwork. A limited number of yoga mats will be available.

Register at this webpage by 3 p.m. on Jan. 28.

The pop-up session is co-sponsored by Student Health and Wellness, the College of Community Engagement and Professions, and FitWell.
