Wellness Learning Sessions offered for spring semester

Wellness Learning Sessions are back. These sessions offer a variety of topics to help employees cope and navigate through several of life’s stressors. All events are complimentary and designed with our employees in mind. Employees are encouraged to attend any of the sessions presented by UWM’s employee assistance program vendor, Kepro.

Here is the Wellness Learning Session schedule for spring:

  • The New Normal: Thursday, Feb. 10, 3 to 4 p.m.
  • Dealing With Challenging People: Wednesday, March 16, noon – 1 p.m.
  • Overcoming Burnout: Tuesday, April 12: 10-11 a.m.
  • Stress Reduction Tool Bag: Wednesday, May 11, noon – 1 p.m.
