The UWM Peck School of the Arts dance department’s 2015 annual summer celebration of contemporary choreography honors Martin Jack Rosenblum, former music department faculty member, who died in January 2014.
Performances of “Summerdances: Spirits and Fugitives” feature world premieres by Daniel Burkholder, Maria Gillespie, Elizabeth Johnson, Dani Kuepper and UWM alumnus Sam Johnson, as well Sarah Weber Gallo (’13 MFA), winner of UWM’s sixth annual New Work Award.
