Purpose of Meeting: The Grievance Committee of the UWM University Staff (Senate) usually only meets if there is a grievance by a member of the University Staff which has been filed. This is not the case. The committee will meet for a final time for the AY 2021/2022. One main item for discussion is creating a training for interested university staff senate members who wish to learn how to be personnel advocates for any university staff who may file a grievance.
