Students are urged to get their booster doses of COVID-19 vaccine. Booster shots are a strong defense against severe illness and help maintain the health and safety of the campus community.
UWM is following guidance from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention: It is crucial that individuals stay up to date with their COVID-19 vaccine doses, including boosters.
Please see the CDC’s booster dose chart for details on when to get a booster dose.
Booster doses are available Jan. 26 at the walk-in UWM Vaccination Clinic in the Student Union or by going to vaccines.gov to search for a nearby vaccine site.
