The 2025-26 academic year marked the first year of implementation for UWM’s Strategic Enrollment Management (SEM) Plan, a comprehensive, data-informed framework designed to align recruitment, retention and student success efforts across the institution. The first annual report is available for faculty and staff to review in advance of the SEM Summit on June 10.
