V. Distribute remaining diversity-themed scholarship amount

VI. Review of learning outcome assessment for Goal 3 for HLC documentation

VII. Recommend doctoral students teach at SOIS

1) Recommend Hyun Seung Lee teach 310 in Spring 2023 (approved by EC)
2) Recommend Xiaohan Yan teach 410, 110, 240 and 440

VIII. Consider exceptions for approving doctoral students who have extensive teaching experience to teach at SOIS
