Registration opens for onsite health screenings

Registration dates are now available for employees (and enrolled spouses) for onsite Well Wisconsin health screenings.

Employees and their spouses who are enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program are eligible to earn a $150 Well Wisconsin Incentive by completing three easy steps by Oct. 9, 2020.

Events dates are:

UWM Main Campus — Student Union
Tuesday, March 10
Monday, April 6
Thursday, April 16

Also offered at:
School of Continuing Education (downtown Milwaukee) — Tuesday, March 24
Waukesha Campus – Monday, April 6
Washington County Campus – Tuesday, April 28
