Faculty and staff annual parking and bus passes for the current academic year will expire on May 31. Annual parking permits for 2023-24 will be available for purchase on Monday, May 1, at 8 a.m.
Do you have a payroll deduction? You can sign up for auto-renewal starting this year. Customers should have received an email from Transportation Services detailing their new contract and associated fees, as well as instructions for signing up for auto-renewal.
Those who want to automatically renew their bus pass must opt in on the UWM Transportation Services website. Here’s what to do:
- Log into your Transportation Services account
- Go to the payroll deduction area
- Check the Opt-Into Automatic Renewal of Payroll Deductions box, and click save. You must log in first to be able to see the opt-in screen.
Customers have until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, to opt in. Those who opted in will have their contracts renewed on Friday, April 28.
If you opt in, you will receive an email confirmation within one business day. You can also view your opt-in status on the account management page under the Permit Renewals section. You will receive a confirmation email on April 28 once the permit has been sold. You will receive a final confirmation email once your deduction has been sent to Payroll.
Customers who are not interested in automatic renewal do not need to do anything. Your permit will expire as usual. Faculty and staff who paid with a debit or credit card can purchase permits starting at 8 a.m. on May 1.
