A new peer recognition program called Panther Praise will help celebrate the meaningful contributions of academic staff across campus. The Academic Staff Awards Committee launched the program in May 2026.
Panther Praise offers a way to recognize a colleague for their impact, whether through collaboration, innovation, leadership or everyday excellence.
Recognized individuals will receive a personalized note of appreciation and may be highlighted, with permission, in future Academic Staff communications.
Submissions for Panther Praise are open year-round through the Wave Maker: Panther Praise Peer Recognition Form.
