Meditation classes offered for credit this spring

UWM Sport and Recreation has a wide variety of 1- and 2-credit meditation classes available for students this semester. These classes can help improve physical and emotional well-being and may help students feel a reduction of stress.

Classes include: Be Kind to Your Mind; Introduction to Meditation & Relaxation; Meditation with a Touch of Yoga; and Meditation in the 21st Century. Online and in-person options are available, as well as full-semester and half-semester classes.

Some classes begin Jan. 23, while another set of seven-week classes begins March 27.
