Learn more about UWM’s new official functions guidance in online session

UWM has new guidance on official functions, covering the process of official campus events, funding, what’s needed and more. If you are a campus event planner or divisional finance officer, you’re encouraged to join a virtual training session on Thursday, April 30, from 10-10:45 a.m. with Carolina Svendsen, project manager for official functions. 

Learn more about the submission and review process and ask questions about your events. Policy experts will be on hand to discuss what makes an event an official function and how to fill out needed forms. All interested faculty and staff are welcome to attend. To join the session, use this Teams link. For any questions, email Carolina Svendsen at carolina@uwm.edu.
