The Honors Antiracism Event Series will welcome Ermitte Saint-Jacques, assistant professor in African & African Diaspora Studies, for an interactive workshop, “How Diverse is Your Universe?” on Friday, Nov. 12. This workshop will explore, reflect upon and discuss the diversities we experience in our social circles and beyond.
The interactive event will be held from 12:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. in Honors House 196. Saint-Jacques will begin the event with a short lecture followed by a self-reflective activity on social circles. We will then discuss the diversity or possible lack thereof within our social circles, whether this is a problem and, if so, what we can do about it.
