A browser will open and initialize a web add-on. Follow the on-screen instructions to join the meeting. This process takes no more than 2 minutes to install. 2. You will be asked “How you would like to hear the audio”. 3. Click the button “Join Audio by Computer.” 4. You will now be able to participate in the meeting. Troubleshooting tips: Make sure your equipment is connected. (i.e.- USB cables are plugged in) Technical requirements: • An internet connection – broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE). • Speakers, a microphone or headset with microphone. • (Built-in or USB plug-in or Wireless Bluetooth). • A webcam or HD webcam – built-in or USB plug-in.
