FitWell spring courses start March 24

Learn new skills, reduce stress and earn credits with more than 43 courses offered by UWM FitWell.

New courses have just been added, including six in-person courses – Fitness Walking, Indoor Soccer I, Basketball, Self-Defense, Functional Movement and Volleyball – and two online courses – Intermediate Billiards & Pool and Mindful Movement.

Courses run March 24 to May 8. All undergraduate students can enroll in the 1- and 2-credit courses.

Register at least 3-4 weeks before the start of classes. Late add deadline is Wednesday, March 26.

Courses are offered in person, online and in a hybrid format. Undergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18, and credits are applied toward GPA.

Enroll 3-4 weeks before classes start. Register via PAWS or Stellic, and select “Fitwell” under subject. Search for a class title under keyword.
