FitWell Courses start Sept. 2

Movement matters. Learn new skills and reduce stress with UWM FitWell – Fitness, Wellness and Sport courses starting Sept. 2. Courses are offered over 16 weeks, eight weeks or less.

Learn new skills and reduce stress with UWM FitWell Courses in scuba, bowling, badminton, Brazilian jiu jitsu, weight training, meditation, yoga and more. All students can enroll in the 1- and 2-credit courses.

Half- and full-semester courses can fit into a busy schedule. Classes are offered in-person, online and in a hybrid format.

FULL Semester: Sept. 2 – Dec. 11
16 weeks // Enrollment closes Sept. 8

EARLY: Sept. 2 – Oct. 25
Eight weeks // Enrollment closes Sept. 3

MIDTERM: Oct. 28 – Dec. 11
Seven weeks // Enrollment closes Oct. 29

Undergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18, and credits are applied toward GPA.
