Learn new skills, reduce stress and create a study-life balance with FitWell elective courses. Designed to boost wellness and balance academic life, FitWell’s activity-based courses are offered over 16 weeks, eight weeks or less.
A wide variety of courses are offered each semester, including bowling, badminton, pickleball, cooking (in-person or online), rock climbing, weight training and more.
One- and two-credit courses are offered in person, online and in a hybrid format. Undergraduate students pay no additional tuition if total credits are between 12 and 18, and credits are applied toward GPA.
Full Semester: Jan. 26 – May 13
16 weeks. Enrollment closes Friday, Jan. 30.
Early: Jan. 26 – March 21
Eight weeks. Enrollment closes Wednesday, Jan. 28.
Midterm: March 30 – May 13
Seven weeks. Enrollment closes Wednesday, April 1.
