Countless emotions have marked this semester — from joy and excitement to stress and apprehension. Together, we can and will continue to meet these challenges.
Faculty and staff are encouraged to join leaders from the Campus Cares team for some informal dialogues, to share feelings on college realignment, emotional and mental support, civil and climate stress, and others. We hope these dialogues will normalize experiences and feelings.
The sessions are not intended to focus on solutions or particular outcomes. They are a way to come together, gain insight and deepen our connections as a community. Future conversations and dialogues in the spring will help build and develop some action items to positively impact campus culture.
We hope to learn about what you’re proud of, what’s going well and how we can support you in this coming year.
The informal dialogues will be held in person on:
Monday, Nov. 28: 3:30-5 p.m., LEC Manpower Room
Tuesday, Dec. 13: 3:30-5 p.m., LEC Room 107
In addition, two more sessions will be held during the spring semester.
