BIPOC students, staff and faculty are invited to Helen Bader School of Social Welfare’s 2022 BIPOC X BIPOC virtual event, “Rewards and Challenges in Higher Education as a First Gen and BIPOC Individual,” on Friday, March 11, at 7 p.m. on Teams. Dr. David Pate Jr. will lead the discussion.
This event is meant to provide a safe space for BIPOC (Black, Indigenous and people of color) students, faculty and staff to share on- and off-campus experiences, introduce themselves and offer support.
