Principles of Supervision and Management is a certificate program for managers and supervisors to learn practical skills to support their team and be a manager or supervisor who inspires employees. In 11 weeks, PSM helps managers and supervisors develop and strengthen supervisory skills such as conflict management, onboarding and managing employee transitions.
Courses will be held on Tuesday afternoons, from Feb. 3 through April 21. The first course will be held in person in Madison and all other classes will be virtual. The cost for PSM is $175 per participant. It’s recommended that managers consult with supervisors before applying. Apply for the course at this webpage. Applications are due on Dec. 18.
