IV. New Business: In compliance with Wisconsin Stats.19.85 (1) (b and c), the committee will recess into closed session upon to deliberate over and vote by written ballot on the sufficiency of the Post-Tenure Review of John Hervert.
V. Committee will move out of closed session.
VI. Miscellaneous Business: Draft Revision of Post Tenure Review Policy (Attached separately). Draft revisions are in red.
