
Aaron Buseh, College of Nursing, was appointed to the National Advisory Council for Nursing Research at the National Institutes of Health. Originally from Liberia, West Africa, Buseh completed graduate training in nursing and public health and has more than 15 years of experience in nursing and public health sciences.

Kevin McLeod, Mathematical Sciences, was honored as the Wisconsin Mathematics Educator of the Year at the Wisconsin Math Council annual conference recently in Green Lake. He is a native of Oxford, England. His research and scholarship are concerned with the areas of functional analysis, differential equations and mathematical physics, including the mathematical structure of quantum mechanics.
Both were recognized this week by Johannes Britz, provost and vice chancellor for academic affairs.
