Sara Zientik, a 2011 UWM graduate who studied theater in the Peck School of the Arts, has been busy, appearing in numerous productions and recently earning her status as a member of Actor’s Equity.
Now fans and fans-to-be can see her in the Milwaukee Chamber Theatre production of “Slowgirl,” which runs through March 24 at the Broadway Theatre Center, 158 N. Broadway.
Zientik portrays Becky, a teenager who flees to her uncle’s jungle retreat in Costa Rica to avoid the results of a potentially fatal accident at a house party. “Slowgirl” was written by Greg Pierce, who happens to be the nephew of actor David Hyde-Pierce, who likely also has his Actor’s Equity card.
