UWM student Bryce Stevenson demonstrates the ancient Anishinaabe language that gave Milwaukee its name. Four full-credit university courses are being offered in Anishinaabe at UWM. For Stevenson, the language is a way to reconnect with his heritage as a member of the Red Cliff Band of Lake Superior Chippewa.
