-The committee will move into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat.§19.85(1)(c),(f) to discuss matters related to personnel, workload, and/or budget.
The committee will reconvene in open session to discuss any unfinished business and scheduling for future meetings.

-Governance- Role of EC
-Workgroups for next fall. Next fall we will be working on developing policies and procedures for the Executive Committee functions. Groups will meet and draft policies and procedures in the fall and share those with the larger EC for discussion in January. The goal would be to approve by the end of the spring. We will be looking for volunteers for the following:
Sabbaticals
Post Tenure Review
Tenure/Promotion (including Full) for faculty
Mentorship and peer evaluation
Workload planning and allocation
Annual Review of Faculty
