This workshop March 13 will include discussion and practice of social connectedness as a tool for family resilience, as well as information about the social determinants of health as well as protective factors for families.
After a brief discussion, a variety of tabletop games will be available along with other activities meant to increase connection with people in your life.
This workshop is facilitated by Meghan Christian, a licensed clinical social worker at Children’s Wisconsin, and Luke Waldo, director of the Institute for Child and Family Well-Being.
This workshop is open to student parents, as well as faculty and staff who are parents and/or are in caregiving roles.
