All UWM employees are invited to attend an in-person leadership panel discussion on “Leading and Thriving in Challenging Times,” on Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 1-2:30 p.m. in the UWM Student Union Fireside Lounge.
The panel includes Robin Van Harpen, vice chancellor of Finance and Administrative Services; Aamir Siddiqi, director of Student Health and Well-being; Scott Gronert, dean of College of Letters & Science; and Chia Vang, vice chancellor of the Division of Community Empowerment and Institutional Inclusivity. Elizabeth Drame, special assistant to the vice chancellor of the Division of Community Empowerment and Institutional Inclusivity, will moderate. Campus leaders will share how they lead their units and departments with humility, compassion and empathy while acknowledging the impact that difficult events, circumstances and discussions can have on a community.
