The UWM English Department and Porchlight Books will host a virtual roundtable for students with local and national book publicity experts on Planning Your Publishing Career on Thursday, March 28, from 11:30-12:45 p.m. The panelists will talk about how they began their careers and offer advice for current students.
Register for the event at this Eventbrite webpage. The Eventbrite page includes more information and bios for the three panelists. Note that Eventbrite now charges for larger events, so only 25 people can register. However, students may still attend even if the Eventbrite event shows it’s full.
