Instructors and supervisors are invited to learn how to build their skills and confidence to engage with conflict more constructively, during a monthly series called Conflict Transformation Circles.
From February through April, the UWM Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will offer sessions for instructors and supervisors on the first Wednesday of the month in Engelmann Hall, Room B73. The instructor circle will meet 11 a.m-noon; the supervisor circle will meet 1-2 p.m.
Sessions will address the following themes:
• Conflict styles (Feb. 7)
• Responsive strategies: Engaging conflict in the moment (March 6)
• Proactive strategies: Preparing for conflict (April 6)
