Join UWM Sport and Recreation for a pop-up candlelight yoga class on Tuesday, Jan. 23, from 6-7 p.m. at Sandburg Hall’s Flicks room.
The in-person yoga class taught by UWM instructor Sarah Filzen will strengthen and stretch your entire body. We will focus on “moon salutations” to embrace the evening and prepare for nighttime rest. All levels of yoga students are welcome, and the evening includes a prize drawing.
Pre-registration is preferred by Monday, Jan. 22. Bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and complete waivers.
