Conflict is a common human experience, and a conflict transformation approach helps us engage conflict more constructively for the sake of learning and positive change. Starting in February, the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will offer monthly conflict transformation circles for supervisors and instructors.
Each circle will meet in person on the first Wednesday of the month in Engelmann Hall, Room B73. The instructor circle will meet 11 a.m.-noon; the supervisor circle will meet 1-2 p.m. The sessions will address the following themes:
- Conflict styles (Feb. 7)
- Responsive strategies (March 6)
- Proactive strategies (April 3)
