The Non-Instructional Academic Staff committee will host a “How Can I Be Of Service” workshop on Wednesday, March 9, from 10 to 11:30 a.m. on Microsoft Teams.
This workshop is designed to help academic staff learn about many traditional and non-traditional service opportunities available at UWM. It can help identify opportunities to expand personal service histories to project “good citizenship,” as well as discuss what the review committees are looking for in an indefinite review packet in regard to service.
Join the NIAS and learn about the different volunteer opportunities available. Presenters from a mixed variety of campus departments plan to discuss in detail all that’s being offered.
