2022 State of Wisconsin Student Diversity Internship Program

The 2022 State of Wisconsin Student Diversity Internship Program is now accepting applications for paid summer internships with state government until Jan. 21.

The Student Diversity Internship Program is one of many internship programs offered by the State of Wisconsin and specifically targets students across culturally diverse groups with various lived experiences, representing the global spectrum ethnicity, gender and ability. The goal of the program is to provide those students with an opportunity to experience the professional work environment of state government.

This year’s program is offering over 190 different internship positions in 19 different state agencies. More than 60 percent of the positions offer a remote work schedule, and positions are located around the state. Average rate of pay is more than $16/hour. Apply now before the Jan. 21 deadline.

Students can apply for up to five different intern positions with their single application. All positions offered for 2022 are available in the position catalog.
