The Institute of World Affairs facilitates a wide range of activities focused on and responsive to the student experience and exploring their connection to a broad range of current global perspectives and needs. 

Students are challenged to find and develop their personal leadership characteristics, style, and strengths and to identify and define what role and types of actions they choose to be a part of in affecting change in their communities and communities across the globe.
