Professional Development Sessions for Supervisors
UWM HR hosts a variety of professional development opportunities for all supervisors. All individuals new to supervision at UWM are required to complete the sessions over a two-year period. Topics include performance management, employee disciplinary process, ethical issues, FMLA and ADA, and conflict management.
