A celebration of the Patricia Mellencamp Founding Collection took place on October 25th in Curtin Hall 175.

Distinguished Professor Emerita Patricia Mellencamp discussed the early days of Film Studies teaching and scholarship at UWM, and her daughter, Dae Mellencamp, former president and CEO of the pioneering online video platform Vimeo, provided insights on the site’s history and development in relation to new media. Associate Professor of English and Film Studies, Tami Williams, moderated this exciting event that C21 co-sponsored with the Film Studies Program and the Moving Image Society.
